Etching looks very nice for its age. I don't see anything damaged. Item shows normal wear from age. Paper is getting darker from age. And plastic cover is torn. It has " San Francisco Bay " on the top. Etching is marked No. 8 B on the back. It says Original Etching, this proof has been printed by hand from original copper plate, etched by the artist and is published in limited edition. Artist seems to be Stefan Bunyitay . Sorry I can't read artists signature. Look at the pictures above. Print size is 3.5X4.5", or 9X11cm.
